If you already run something

Stratum Track picks up where your system stops.

You may have scheduling, capture and compliance sorted already, with the ITP at the end the last thing still done by hand. Stratum Track does that part. You keep what you run now, and we build it from the ITP you already issue.

What changes

The plan and the job become the same thing.

We build it from your own ITP: the steps in the order you run them, the fields on each one, the hold points where you put them, the photographs where you require them.

You review it and approve it before anyone uses it. Templates move through draft, reviewed, approved and live, so nothing reaches a technician until somebody in your business has signed it off.

Then your team works the job on a tablet, and the plan is the screen in front of them.

Hold points

You set the hold points. Nothing gets past one by accident.

Hold points sit inside a step, not only at the end of one, and a step can carry several. You decide which steps need one, and we always set them where you already put them, so nothing changes about how your job runs.
Until a supervisor signs the hold point, the fields below it stay locked, so nobody has to remember to wait.
Each signature is recorded against the step and the position it belongs to.
Where the template calls for a photograph, the step waits for it, and a guide image shows the shot.

MDR documents generate from the same job data as everything else. We don't hold or verify third party material or mill certificates, so the outside paperwork is still yours to gather.
