We ask for the minimum we need, we use it to do what you asked us to do, and we don't sell it or train AI models on it.

When you fill in a form on our site, we collect your name, work email, company, your role, and whatever you choose to tell us in the form. If you attach a report, we collect that too. We also use Google Analytics to see how this website is used, which sets a few cookies in your browser.
To reply to you, to build the draft workflow and sample report you asked for, and to see which parts of this website people find useful. We don't use it for anything else.
We use a report you send only to build your draft and show you what Stratum Track would do with it. We don't train AI models on it, we don't share it, and we don't use it for anything else. You can ask for it back or ask us to delete it at any time.
The reports you send often contain your own clients' information, and accredited reports are controlled documents that must not be reproduced except in full. We treat every report as confidential: we don't publish it, excerpt it, or show it outside Stratum Software, and we delete it on request or when your evaluation ends. If you'd rather not send a completed report at all, a redacted copy or a blank template is all we need.
Anything you give us is yours. You can ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it, at any time. We don't lock your data away and we don't sell it.
We work to ISO 27001-aligned practices. Information is encrypted in transit, access is limited to the people who need it, and we keep what you send only for as long as we need it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
