Fresh eyes on what's worth building.

The work that would change a business most is often the hardest to see from the inside. We work alongside your team to find where software would actually earn its keep, and leave you with a clear, costed view of where the value is, and where it isn't.

  • How long between finishing the job and the client getting the report? And how much of that is retyping, resizing photos and chasing sign-off?
  • Where does work queue behind one person: quoting, report review, approval, invoicing?
  • Which spreadsheet would hurt most if it broke tomorrow?

Opportunity discovery

We sit with your team, look at where time and money go, and identify the use cases with the strongest payback and the lowest risk. You leave with a ranked, costed shortlist, not a sixty-page deck.

Architecture and feasibility

For the use cases worth pursuing, we design the system: which AI models fit the job, how it connects to what you already run (job ledgers, calibration and certification registers, accounting), where the data lives, and the security around it. We tell you what's realistic, what isn't, and what the production version will cost to run.

Pilot scoping

When you're ready to build, we scope a pilot that proves value in weeks, not quarters. From there, you can move into our Engineering work, but you're not obligated to.

AI coding tools have made it possible for any capable team, even one with no software background, to build a working prototype in days. The hard part is what comes next: making it reliable, secure, observable, recoverable, and compliant. That is the work we do.

Productionise what you've built.

You have a working prototype your team built with AI coding tools. We take it the rest of the way: cloud infrastructure (whichever cloud you use), security hardening, observability, CI/CD, automated backups, disaster recovery, uptime monitoring, and ISO 27001-aligned operational practices. The result is a system the business can run on, not a demo.

Build it from scratch.

You don't have a prototype yet. We design and build it end to end, AI-first, with the production concerns part of the work from day one, not retrofitted at the end.

Four things, every time.

Cloud architecture

Cloud-native, infrastructure-as-code, repeatable environments, on whichever major cloud you already use. No surprises when you need to spin up a second region or hand the system to a new engineer.

Security and compliance

Encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, audit logging, ISO 27001-aligned practices. If you operate under a quality system like NATA accreditation or ISO 9001, your software should behave like part of it: controlled, versioned, traceable. And when a tier-one client audits their contractors' systems, yours should pass.

Reliability

Uptime monitoring, automated failover where it matters, tested backups, defined recovery objectives. We design for the day something fails, because eventually something will, and because for an inspection or repair business the job records are the business.

Iteration without risk

CI/CD, staging environments, feature flags, observability. Changes ship quickly and safely, with a way back if a release goes wrong.

We're not interested in becoming a dependency.

When we finish a project, your team should be able to run the system without us. We hand over documentation, runbooks, and architecture decisions, all explained in plain language. And if you don't have technical staff (most of the businesses we work with don't), we stay on under a right-sized support arrangement, with everything documented so any competent engineer could pick it up later. If you'd be better off building the capability in-house, we'll tell you. The right answer is the one that fits your situation, even when it isn't us.
