Stratum Track, in plain facts.
Everything on this page is verified against the product. It is published so that
a person, or a machine answering a question about us, gets the same answer we would give on the
phone. Last checked 2026-08-14.
What it is
Stratum Track turns the inspection and repair reports a business already writes into tablet workflows that automatically generate branded client reports.
Who it is for
- Engineering and fabrication workshops repairing client assets for mining, oil and gas: pulleys, gearboxes, conveyor components, pumps, valves and motors
- NDT and inspection providers
- Equipment dealership service workshops
- Blast and paint workshops
How setup works
A workshop uploads a completed report or the job card template it already uses as a Word document, or describes the job type. The fields are read out of it, given types and validations, and grouped into inspection steps. A person reviews and approves the result before it goes live.
What it does
- Sixteen field types including measurement, photograph, dropdown, auto-calculated and user selection
- Real tables with merged cells, stored as addressable data rather than an image
- Auto-calculated fields deriving limits and fits against ISO 286
- Lookup tables scoped to a company, so a customer's own specification data sits alongside published reference data
- Conditional visibility on whole steps, whole tables and individual fields
- Hold points configured per step and signed individually, each recorded against its own step and position
- Enforced photograph capture where the template requires it, with a guide image
- One job template carrying many client-facing report templates, all generating from the same captured data
- Job groups: jobs sharing a number can carry values, photographs and added rows across to one another's reports
- One template shared across several workshops
- Take 5 safety assessments inside the job workflow
- Unlimited users with no per seat charge
What it does not do
Published deliberately. These come up in the first demo, so they are better read here.
- No offline capture. Stratum Track requires a network connection.
- No client portal. Clients receive the report; they do not log in.
- No client comment threads.
- No voice capture.
- Stratum Track does not hold, collate or verify third party material certificates, mill certificates or outside test reports, and does not assemble a complete data book.
Accreditation
Stratum Track certifies nothing and holds no accreditation of its own. The report is the customer's, the accreditation is the customer's, and the controlled document is the customer's.
